Was emailing w/ salesperson in which he informed me of my approval. Took the time out of my day/lunch break to drive out to the dealership to see what was availble to me. Once I got there they informed me th approval. Took the time out of my day/lunch break to drive out to the dealership to see what was availble to me. Once I got there they informed me that my credit information was already on file but asked me to sign the paper version. They continued to run my credit AGAIN without letting me know.. only for them to later tell me they couldn't help me. Dishonest, and liar! Don't go to this dealership! They will mislead you and waste your time!!! More

Everybody was great! The worked with me on my trade in and paid the amount owed so that I would be done with that car and be able to start fresh with a new one. I wasn't able to get my first choice but go and paid the amount owed so that I would be done with that car and be able to start fresh with a new one. I wasn't able to get my first choice but got my second one with a great warranty. He was also really good with educating me about how the the purchasing/financing works. And told me that I needed to do with my credit to get better approval, and to lower my payments. Best car buying experience by far! More

I purchased a brand new Sonata with Brad on 9/3. It was awesome and everything was great, until I was in an accident on 10/2. The beautiful car was a total loss, but thankfully, due to the awesome safety s awesome and everything was great, until I was in an accident on 10/2. The beautiful car was a total loss, but thankfully, due to the awesome safety system in the car, I was NOT a total loss. I passed out in the collision and woke up hearing the car tell me I was in an accident. In a matter of seconds, Hyundai Bluelink had already contacted Emergency Services and told them of the accident and my location. There were sirens in the background before I even really knew what happened. It was a VERY scary situation, but, needless to say I knew my next car would ALSO be a Sonata. I returned to the same dealership and Brad helped me find a replacement for a great price. I really appreciated their compassion and assistance. I am a lifetime Hyundai customer, that's for sure. I highly recommend anyone also get the Bluelink service also. They are there to help you and could make the life-saving difference in response time if you are ever in an accident. That's some pretty awesome peace of mind. More
