My daughter, Andrea was looking for a very specific Hyundai Santa Fe. It had to meet all the criteria she was looking for. She called on a Tuesday and was the proud owner of this beautiful vehicle on Friday! That was the easiest transaction we have ever had purchasing a car. The reason this transaction took place so quickly and efficiently was due to two of your amazing employees!! Amanda Fravel happened to answer the phone call when Andrea called to see if you had this vehicle in stock. She was very friendly and willing to try and locate the perfect car for my daughter. She sent us pictures, features, and whatever else we inquired about. Amanda even came in on her day off to make sure we had received everything we were asking for. We have never purchased a car out of state or for that matter sight unseen! Amanda set us up with John Tutino Jr. to do the paperwork. All I can say is, what a blessing for us to come into contact with two employees of yours that made it so comfortable and easy for us to purchase this car and to be treated so kindly! John Tutino Jr. also went beyond the call of duty and picked up my husband and my daughter from the airport. He was beyond knowledgeable and could easily explain the features of the car we were purchasing. I am impressed with your dealership for many reasons, your employees, your respect for your customers, your Lifetime of car washes and oil changes. That's unreal, but living in Arizona will make it difficult for us to take advantage of such a great deal. I have NEVER seen a dealership offer that, especially in Arizona!
