I have ten years experience in auto sales, so I am very critical when shopping for myself. When I visited Henderson Hyudai I was greeted by a salesman with a firm hand shake and a positive attitude, EddieZ critical when shopping for myself. When I visited Henderson Hyudai I was greeted by a salesman with a firm hand shake and a positive attitude, EddieZ, I was looking for a pre owned vehicle with average miles. EddieZ knew the inventory very well and was very knoledgable in comparing the different makes and models, he was very patient and concerned with my needs. We had only planned on car shopping the day we bought our used 2010 Santa Fe from Janet. She didn't try to upsell, but truly helped us find what we were looking for. The vehicle was in great condition for having more than 30,000 miles. Detailing was fantastic. It looked and rode like a new SUV. The price was a little over KBB but given the great condition of the vehicle, it is certainly understandable. The most important part of my visit to Henderson Hyundai was that I did not feel pressured at all. I had a horrible experience with Planet Hyundai on West Sahara. I walked out of that dealership in tears. I almost didn't purchase this vehicle. I live in Las Vegas. So this was a hassle for me to drive across town. I was in love with this vehicle. I figured I'd give it a try. From the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, courteous and most of all upfront. They followed through on their word unlike the other Hyundai dealers. My sales men were Chsrles Harvey and Bradley. Even after purchasing the car, Charles came in on his day off to explain the operations of the vehicle thoroughly. I also had to contact him several times at a later date to ask questions regarding the vehicle. He was always patient. He explained it to my understanding. I am totally impressed with this vehicle. I never thought of looking at this vehicle. I have always owned SUV's. For me to switch to a car says a lot about the vehicle. I will never deal with Planet Hyundai. I thanked my friend for referring me to Henderson Hyundai. The sales manager who finalized the deal was most impressive as well. Even your finance representative was funny and efficent. Unlike the other dealer. There finance representative was rude and sarcastic to me. I would NEVER recommend that dealer to anyone.
