I had a problem with the remote car starter that was installed in my vehicle when purchased. The starter available was inferior to the one we had in our last vehicle. It had a one way remote that did installed in my vehicle when purchased. The starter available was inferior to the one we had in our last vehicle. It had a one way remote that did not verify if the car had started. Also the remote and the security lock/unlock did not work 50% of the time or more, sometimes within 25 feet or less. The service department troubleshot the problem, and of course could not duplicate it. They even keep the car for almost a week, and gave us a loaner. Unfortunately, as soon as we left the dealership the same problem occurred. Finally, the general manager agreed that their dealership would do whatever was needed to keep their customers happy. They purchased an after market remote (two way) starter, that works great and even if it doesn't receive a strong signal and start, we at least know it didn't. I am completely satisfied with the customer service I received, and have and will continue to recommend Henderson Hyundai to my friends. More
