I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE RECENTLY WHEN I WENT DOWN TO HENDERSON HYUNDAI IN SEARCH OF THE NEW SONATA. I DIDN'T HAVE A CHANCE TO BUY THE VEHICLE, BUT WHEN I AM READY TO, I WILL DEFINITELY BE BUYING FROM H HENDERSON HYUNDAI IN SEARCH OF THE NEW SONATA. I DIDN'T HAVE A CHANCE TO BUY THE VEHICLE, BUT WHEN I AM READY TO, I WILL DEFINITELY BE BUYING FROM HENDERSON HYUNDAI. MY FIRST CONTACT WAS OVER THE INTERNET, WHERE I WAS INTRODUCED TO NICOLE. SHE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE ON THE VEHICLE. SHE ASKED ME TO COME IN TO TAKE A LOOK AND GET A FEEL OF THE VEHILCE, WHICH I DID. SHE KNEW THAT THERE WAS A POSSIBILITY THAT I WASN'T GOING TO BE ABLE TO BUY THAT DAY, AND NOT ONCE DID SHE TREAT ME ANY DIFFERENTLY. WHEN I CAME INTO THE DEALERSHIP EVERYONE THAT I WAS IN CONTACT WITH WAS VERY WELCOMING AND PROFESSIONAL. NICOLE SET ME UP WITH A SALESMAN BY THE NAME OF DORIAN TO GET SOME ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. DORIAN THEN TOOK ME ON A TEST DRIVE WHERE I IMMEDIATELY FEEL IN LOVE WITH THE VEHICLE. UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO MY FINANCIAL SITUTAION, I WAS NOT ABLE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE HOME. Atiq is the best salesman ever, my husband and I were not even at the dealership to buy a car we were only there to help my husbands sister who was looking to buy. My sister-in-law did purchase a Sonata from even at the dealership to buy a car we were only there to help my husbands sister who was looking to buy. My sister-in-law did purchase a Sonata from Atiq, and because of the body styling I kept looking at the Elantra. Atiq was able to get us into a 2013 Elantra with a lower payment then what we were paying for a 2010 Forte, it wasn't a hard decision to make. Even though he was extremely busy he made us feel like we were his only customer's. He gave us the opportunity to test drive 3-4 cars so we could make a choice on which one we wanted. The Sonata was more car then what we wanted so the Elantra was a purfect fit for us. We purchased our car on 7/14 and we had our purchase paperwork very quick so we were able to register the car in the required timeframe. I have returned twice since our purchase, once to pick up the registration paperwork and the second time to get a window shade and each time Atiq has taken the time to say "Hello" and then goes on to ask how the car is doing? and if we having any problems. And I'm pleased to say we love the car, the ease of handling and the gas mileage is tops. The price was great too, like I said we are now in a 3 yr newer car with a lower pymt!!! Our expierence with Henderson Hyundai and Atiq was outstanding, I would definately suggest this dealership and Atiq to anyone of my friends that were looking to buy a car. More

I just bought my car from John T. at Henderson Hyundai and for the first time I enjoyed the experience. I traded my car in for an elantra and John was able to cut my payment in half and give me free windo and for the first time I enjoyed the experience. I traded my car in for an elantra and John was able to cut my payment in half and give me free window tint!!! I wasnt the kind who would take any deal. It took us seven hours to make the deal, and even though John kept on having to ask his manager to lower the price, he made it happen. I wasnt impressed with his boss but he was very pleasant. Her friendliness and professionalism exceeded my expectations. She was delightful. Jason Marchello, has been there since I started buying cars from this dealership. I had never worked with him before, but he was always one with a smile and was friendly when I was in the office. For this transaction, he was my sales guy. He is the prime example of a perfect salesman. I loved his attitude. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and got what I was looking for. He worked hard for me to make sure my payments were comfortable. He is a great listener and really cares fr the client. Although I have worked with different salesmen, I would never work with another after Jason. I am overly pleased with my experience, thanks to Amanda and Jason. I would recommend and expect people looking for a new or used car, to use Jason. There wasnt one moment that I was dissatisfied. More

Of all dealers in the Las Vegas metro area henderson Hyundai was the furthest from my home. I was originally attracted by an ad for a used Genesis on edmunds.com. I called and was connected with Josep Hyundai was the furthest from my home. I was originally attracted by an ad for a used Genesis on edmunds.com. I called and was connected with Josephine, and subsequently made an appointment to visit today. She assured me that it would be worth the trip. Nevertheless, I still visited Planet Centennial Hyundai, which is very close to where I live, first. It was my second attempt to test drive a Hyundai from them and, like the first, they could not get their act together. I left without test driving a vehicle. I decided to take the time to drive the 20+ miles to Henderson Hyundai in the afternoon and asked Josephine to have the car I was interested in ready, since my time was limited. When I arrived I was driving the car within minutes. After realizing it was missing a critical option, the parking sensors, I was offered the opportunity to see and test drive other similar vehicles. I quickly settled on a 2012 Genesis that was equipped to fit my needs. Gary and Tim too k the time to make sure that I was given every possible incentive. I am happy to say that I plan to take delivery tomorrow morning. Gary even offered to pick me up at my home so that I would not have to get my own ride to the dealership. I will highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
