Josie was AWESOME to work with. Made the process painless! I much prefer working over the phone or email rather than spending four hours at a dealership to buy a car. Purchased the car at Henderson Hyundai Superstore on a Friday, paid cash. They called the next Wed to schedule the few things that needed to be fixed or added, making it sound like the parts were in, ever Friday, paid cash. They called the next Wed to schedule the few things that needed to be fixed or added, making it sound like the parts were in, everything's a "Go". I dropped it off that day and was told that should be ready the next day, if they paint the entire rear bumper (scratches), maybe the following day. I have now been without the car for a week, and as of yesterday nothing had been done. Totally screwed up operation, no coordination of parts, paint, third party vendor, etc. Ridiculous. We had purchased the 10 yr service contract - I have serious misgivings and concerns about future performance of this dealership and service dept. I should never had driven the car off, I should have left it until all details were taken care of, but you know how crazed the salespeople are about getting the signature on the line, the check in the bank and the car off the lot. Justin was very cordial and helpful. The car is for my wife and he urged driving it home so she could try it out. Buying it was easy. Have not yet had to get service but hope the experience is as good as wife and he urged driving it home so she could try it out. Buying it was easy. BUYER BEWARE. This is the worst dealership in the country and perhaps the entire world. If you buy from them you are a schmuck. We purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. They have probably 200 Sonatas on the l and perhaps the entire world. If you buy from them you are a schmuck. We purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. They have probably 200 Sonatas on the lot but only a couple of Elantras. so we were told that we would have to wait probably a week for them to get it. By not stocking the Elantra they claim that they fly out the door faster than the can get them. Just another way of getting you to pay mopre for the product. Then, 2 days later they called and said a different one came in with additional features at no additional cost. ( I would not pay extra fro a rearview mirror that has a built in compass and a home link that can open your garage door when the clicker that I have been using forever still works great. Every car on the lot has an additional sticker of $3000 because they claim that they do not make any money at MSRP. My salesman, Eddie Zelonka, told me not to worry because he would give me a deal. While he was friendly enough the "deal" was still above MSRP by at least $1500. I should have gotten up and walked out. In the finance office I was beat up over the Extended service contract and also a prepaid maintenance plan both of which I refused. Then I was offered a Tire warranty that was not going to cost me because he would take it off of the price of the car. The price of the tire warranty was $999 plus tax. It included a 10 day cancellation clause. Prior to the expiration of the 10 days I returned to the dealership and was told that I would have to talk to Vito, the Finance Mgr., but he was off and I would have to come in the next day. When I did meet with him he said that I could not get money back from the tire warranty because they had reduced the price of the car by that amount. The cancellation clause stated that I could return the contract and get my money back. At this point I asked to speak to the General Manager. The next guy said that he was the GM but was not. Then they sent in a guy who claimed to be the Sales Manager who attempted to show me that they did not make any money at all at the sales price even tried showing me the invoice for the car. My paper work listed the price of the tire warranty and every one of them tried to claim that the deal that was made was at of below the MSRP. This is a slight of hand trick. The MSRP of the car that I got was not the car that I had agreed to purchase (higher MSRP because of $500 of accessories that I would nlot pay for.Whether of not they made any money on the car is not of my concern. All I wanted to do was cancel the Tire Warranty. I was finally directed to get my refund from the company that issued the warranty. I don't know about you but I find it very distasteful when someone lies and claims that they are not making any money on a deal when invoices can and are dummied up, the Doc. fees are inflated. If it was true that they weren't making any money as they claimed why would they give up $1,000 to a tire warranty. BUYER BEWARE. This is the poorest excuse for a car dealership that I have ever been to and I have purchased about 20 cars and trucks in my life. More
Came here looking to lease a car, sales associate named Ali was very helpful and patient in explaining and negotiating the terms. Not overly pushy when it came to mulling over details, and the associates Ali was very helpful and patient in explaining and negotiating the terms.
