We were not sure that visiting this dealor would do us any good, due to our recent financial problems, plus we were sure that interest rates were going to be so high that the dealor would talk us into som any good, due to our recent financial problems, plus we were sure that interest rates were going to be so high that the dealor would talk us into something we did not want. However all this changed as soon as we walked thru the door. We were greeted by one of the supervisors who in turn introduced us to Noli. Within a few minutes of talking to Noli, we were completely relaxed and felt as though we were going to get what we came here for. Noli took us around the lot showing us a few of the used vehicles and a couple of the New ones. Never any pressure put on us. We then went back inside and Noli brought us some refreshments. We then dicussed what we had seen. Noli then asked if there was anything we seen that we liked. Prior to coming to the dealorship we had choosen and loved the Hyundai Elanta Touring vehicle. It was also one of the ones Noli showed us. We choose it, some dicussion followed on financing and costs. We then agreed with what we could afford and very much to our surprise Noli was able to put the deal together. We left in exactly what we had come for. On the way home the wife and I discussed the great pleasure we had work with Noli and Henderson Hyundai, also discussed was the small amount of time it took, compared to hours we had spent at other dealorships and not getting what we really wanted. John is a great salesman, very honest. He helped me all day and I got a great car for a great price. I could tell he truly cared if I was satisfied not just about making money. His job is to comet talk to you when you are on the fence about buying a car, be your friend, and make "deals". Randy was dishonest with me several times it was very upsetting. I had the actual price from Hyundai up on my computer, and he kept trying to make it more and convince me I got a deal at the same time. I felt it was very unethical. After Randy left, John continued to help me. If you go there ask for John, all dealerships want to get your money, but John just really wanted to help, be careful for Randy. More

I went to Henderson Hyundai because they were the only dealership in Nevada willing to work with my complicated situation. I had been looking for a new vehicle for months and it was clear I needed a cosig dealership in Nevada willing to work with my complicated situation. I had been looking for a new vehicle for months and it was clear I needed a cosigner. Unfortunately, my cosigner lived in Texas. When I went to Henderson Hyundai I met Noli who was a lot of fun and showed me around and helped me pick out the most perfect car. Then, Noli spoke with my Grandfather, which was my cosigner in Texas, and they came to a reasonable agreement on monthly payments for the car for me. Noli then had the paperwork FedEx ed to my Grandfather and when it was sent back I did my portion of the paperwork and was the proud owner of a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Noli got in to great detail with my about me vehicle so that I when I drove off the lot I did not have any questions or confusions. I haven't had that car for a week and I am already attached to it. If the story thus far does not convince you that Noli is a heaven-sent car salesmen then let me end with this. I left my second set of keys at the dealership and Noli personally dropped them off to my house that by the way is no where even close to the dealership and he was even nice enough to schedule a meeting with me and came by my job on my lunch break to look over the owners manual of my vehicle and share some extra information with me. Noli is awesome I had an excellent experience at Henderson Hyundai and it is all because of Noli. I am very appreciative of his intelligence regarding the inner and outer workings of the vehicle, professionalism, and hospitality. Harvey was very good about showing us choises to choose from and worked with us on pricing and the trade-in as well as an offer good until that weekend. Once we came to an agreement Harvey was very concise about showing us the Service area and introducing us to Chris who he recomended to us as a contact person. Also he conected us to Blue-Link and helped set up our Bluetooth. Harvey showed us all the controls in the car While we waited for Mark in Finance to do our paperwork. Because we are retired and Disabled, Mark took very good care of us and was able to secure a very good interest rate which we were so thankful for. We came in just wanting to look at a certain car we have had our eye on. Mr. Harvey greeted us with kindness and was not a pushy salesman at all. He helped out with every aspect of the car and was highly knowledgeable of the product. The car that i had wanted was not there at the time, and so we test drove one of the other ones. When we got back to the dealership, my perfect dream car rolled off one of the trucks! Color, package and everything! So we sat down to discuss numbers, and Mr. Harvey made everything such a pleasant experience. These people aren't in for the money, they're here to help YOU get a car and try to be as reasonable as possible. They're on YOU'RE side. I just came from a bad experience at Henderson Nissan and wasn't really having high hopes, but Henderson Hyundai fully exceeded my needs and expectations. I have never had better service than here.
