I cannot say enough positive things about Henderson Hyundai. After having a bad experience at another local dealership, I went out to Henderson Hyundai and was blown away by their service. The salesman that helped me, Chuck Atwood, is a stellar guy with a no non-sense, honesty attitude. He went out of his way to assist me and even came in on his day off when my car arrived (had to be shipped because of a special request I had). He seems honestly dedicated to his customers and I will recommend him to everyone I know. I had a very specific request for a hard to find Hyundai, which I knew would be a task. Even with some challenges locating a car that fit the bill, Chuck, Randy, and Rick made sure to stay in touch throughout the process and were more open than I have ever seen a dealership be before. Randy in particular went above and beyond what a normal dealership would do in locating a car for a customer. I have another Hyundai dealership that is literally down the street from me, but I will always first recommend Henderson Hyundai over almost any dealership in town going forward! Great jobs guys! This center good for minor and very small services like oil changes. When it comes to repairs like transmission issues, tire alignment/balancing, brake issues, air conditioning issues, the technical staff oil changes. When it comes to repairs like transmission issues, tire alignment/balancing, brake issues, air conditioning issues, the technical staff is not well trained to address such moderate and major issues. This is only authorized Hyundai service in south Las Vegas. Though it takes little while to reach other service center, i recommend to go other service centers to get moderate and bigger repairs done. This service center is good for oil changes only. More

This was my first time in a Hyundai dealership and I was knocked over by the great customer service (something that isn't in this country any more at most places.) But he also let me know that he was only a phone call away. It was the best time I ever had buying a new car and this would be my fourth one but my first Hyundai. I am so glad I had the forsight to check it out. I absolutely love my little Accent. It is just the perfect size for a petite person like myself and very pretty. I get all kinds of complments on it. I tell every one how wonderful this Hyundai dealership is and how great I was treated by Bradley and Mark. I am sure my friends will be coming in when they need a new car. This is our second Sonata purchase within the last 2 months. We just bought the 2012 Sonata Limited Mar. 2012 after buying the 2012 Sonata SE Turbo at the end of Jan. 2012. The Hyundai quality of the product and warranty is why we considered the Hyundai, but it is because of our wonderful experience with Charles Harvey that we returned to purchase our 2nd Sonata in March 2012. Charles Harvey was very professional, personable and helpful, with no pressure at all. Harvey listens to your needs and does his best to accommodate whatever you need. We received a great price and the ease of doing business was extraordinarily pleasant. We spoke with a man named Randy also and he seemed very nice as well. What a great customer service experience! We have since returned to Henderson Hyundai Superstore for service on our Sonata SE and the friendliness of the service staff and customer service is outstanding!
