This was one of the abosolute best dealerships I have ever visited. The salesmen Omar showed me a Hyundai Genesis coupe we took the car for a test drive and I liked it. Have been looking at the Hyundai for at least six months and finally decided to buy the Elantra. The dealer did not have what I wanted on the lot but tried to find it for me, offering to trailer it to Arizo and finally decided to buy the Elantra. My salesman, Jeffrey Adams, was a delight to work with. He was patient and well versed on the Hyundai models. Kip Fluth, executive sales director, was also a pleasure. Rick Davis, financing, was also very nice but made me feel rushed while reviewing my contract saying he knew I was in a hurry to be done. This is NOT the time I want to feel rushed. Overall the customer service was top notch, they really make you feel that they appreciate you business. More

I had the pleasure of working with salesman Eddie Zolanka at Henderson Hyandai. Such a great guy! He was well dressed and worked with me to my fullest expectations. Im sure I drove him crazy since I kept changing my color preference. Turns out the first color I wanted (White) was what I truly ended up buying. Eddie was so knowledgeable about the vehicle. He made the whole experience for me enjoyable. I felt as if I wasnt just a "SALE" but more of a valued friend. From the time of test driving to the time of signing, and finalizing my car details - Eddie Zolanka and the financing department were wonderful. We recently purchased our 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe from Henderson Hyundai and had a great experience. Unlike most dealerships they were friendly and courteous. Although we did not finance through the dealership they were accomodating and worked well with our credit union making our purchase easy and pleasurable. It all happened the day I stepped foot onto his enchanted kingdom – filled with shiny visuals that came in almost any color imaginable – and he sold me my first brand new car. A purchase as large as a vehicle is an intimidating experience, one that leaves a person feeling vulnerable like prey to a wild animal. In my case, I was the prey and Mr. Harvey was the predator – or so that is the way I felt upon entering the lot of cars at the Henderson Hyundai Superstore dealership. There is a lot that can be said about my experience while purchasing a car from Charles Harvey at Henderson Hyundai Superstore. For starters, I had no idea what type of vehicle I was searching for. All I knew is that I wanted a new car. I wanted it to come complete with new car smell and a shiny paint job, with air conditioning and a brilliant sounding radio paired with speakers that far advanced my day and age, as well as an impeccable interior that I would feel complete comfort in while driving. In a nutshell, I wanted to feel like a young princess on the road. My destination was the rest of my life. I was on a limited budget, and I should also mention that I was accustomed to being taken advantage of because of my age and sex. Needless to say I went into the car buying experience with hesitation. I was critical of the salesperson before I even made my way to the dealership. On the 21st of December 2010, as I found myself walking through the dealership lot, looking at all the many varieties of cars to choose from and getting all the more overwhelmed by my options, we were approached by a gentleman. At first glance he appeared somewhat alarming, almost like a street person, with all his layers of winter clothes and windblown hair. Fortunately, his appearance was overshadowed by his warm personality. I was quickly convinced that he was the man who could and would help me find the car of my dreams. The salesman introduced himself as “Harvey.” From the beginning Mr. Harvey was very professional in his demeanor as well as his attitude towards the lot of cars. He was not pushy like other salesmen I have encountered and so he was able to ease my predetermined concern towards the entire experience. Mr. Harvey was very informative, answering all my questions and not making me feel pressured in the least bit. Most of all, Mr. Harvey made me feel valued, and so the road to becoming a princess had begun. In addition to guiding me to find the perfect size, color, qualities and value I was looking for in a new car, Mr. Harvey also helped make my car buying experience enjoyable. Not many people can say they had such a positive experience in a purchase as large and as special as buying their first new car, but thanks to him I can. I will never forget the day I bought my first new car – a Hyundai Sonata – from Charles Harvey. More
When I arrived at Henderson Hyundai, I was in the market for a car, but had not made a decision to purchase at the time. I truly felt as though he was there solely to serve me, and he focused his complete attention, on me and my needs. Once I decided on the car he took me for a test drive, and told me about all the details of the car, gas, and gadgets. This was such a great and unusual experience, as I am a detailed person, so when Noli sat down and went over everything I was truly impressed. Noli really changed my way of thinking when it comes to purchasing a car. I am so impressed with the service he provided, I can assure you my next car will be from Henderson Hyundai, and Noli will be my sales person. What a great asset Noli is to the dealership as well as the Hyundai Corporation. I left the dealership feeling good about my purchase not questioning if I made the right decision, or got the best price, I felt confident that I was given the best service, and the best deal I could have received, and I am so satisfied I have done something I have never done before, I actually told people about my car buying experience.
