Went inside and asked him one time for the best deal he could do. I had a guaranteed price from using USAA's Car Buying service so I knew he didn't have much room to cut the price. The vehicle had a few extra options on it so I paid a couple of hundred bucks more, but than Jason gave me an extra $500 discount from Hyundai for being a Military Veteran! SOLD! I walked into the dealership, test drove the Tucson, completed the sale and paperwork, had the vehicle inspected/prepped (as it was just off the trailer), detailed, full tank of gas and drove it home...all within 2 hours! Just the way I like to buy a car...no bull! I highly recommend Henderson Hyundai, salesman Jason Marchello and their vehicles. Tony Young More

It took me a week to get out to Henderson Hyundai and the whole time she stayed in touch with out being to buggy. I called Josephine to set an appointment and she made me feel welcome right away!!! I called Josephine for directions and she got me right to the front door with her waiting there for me. When we got there she had Eddie Z available to assist us on our test drive. Eddie also showed me the 2011 Elantra Touring and when I saw that I fell in love.He was so fast, helpful,relaxed natured not even like a salesman more like a friend of the family. I chose to buy 2 Hyundai Sonatas after having one as a rental car and loving it. I had considered a new Lexus but decided that I could buy 2 Sonatas for nearly the same price as one Lexus. I purchased through the USAA buying program and got Alan Moceo as the contact person from the website. I was exremely pleased with how I was treated and how promptly and efficiently the deal and paperwork were handled. Tommy assisted with the sale and handling of the cars. He went out of his way to make me comfortable and make sure I was well oriented to the cars. I couldn't ask for a more pleasant buying experience. I was in and out of the dealership in 2.5 hours - fast when buying a car, much less 2! They even got me a bow for the one I'm giving to my parents. I would recommend purchasing through Henderson Hyundai to anyone looking to buy one. They made this the simplest and most pleasant buying experience I've ever had. More

After having previously owned a Hyundai Accent, purchased by my father on my behalf in 2003 from Henderson hyundai, I was interested in finding out whether or not I was qualified to get a new car from them, by my father on my behalf in 2003 from Henderson hyundai, I was interested in finding out whether or not I was qualified to get a new car from them, but in my name this time around. I did some online searching on Sunday,and by Tuesday evening had driven away in the new car. I have had ups and downs these past few years, with employment, and went from making $38k to making $12.00 an hour. Alan called me on Monday and was very thorough, spoke to me like a human being, and didnt answer my sentences for me. Essentially, I was looking to get into whatever car I could, and was pleasantly surprised that I could use my trade-in rather than the trade-in coupled with a large down payment. Alan was very straight-forward and I was honest about my trade-in and the condition. Both Alan and Harvey treated me with such respect, you wouldve thought I was in the office with an attache case buying a fleet with cash! Its nerve-wracking as a single woman, driving up to a car dealership, although I had become friendly with Alan over emails and texts for 2 days, you never truly know if the rapport is real or for sales reasons. But they want to sell a car and I want to buy one, so some sort of relationship based on real-rapport is necessary. Vito assisted me with the business side of it all, I asked a few questions, he was also very straight-forward. I kept changing things on Alan, first I wanted one thing, than another, then salary, then this, but he kept coming back and back and back to help me, all without a pressured-kind of manner. It was so refreshing! Alan was the meat and potatoes part of it, having done almost all or a majority of the work prior to my arrival at the dealership Tue Dec 7 around 7pm, but it was a joy to speak with Harvey, a chicago native, about my recent thanksgiving trip to chicago. Small world. I was still doubtful I would be able to drive out with the car, and was enjoying speaking with Harvey about the midwest, and how it compared to living out here, as Ive lived in Vegas since 1993, but I was surprised when I was given the "real" go-ahead to go home in the car. Im so happy, and would like to keep this wonderful car as long as I can - part of me would like to upgrade to a Sonata in a few years, but the wonderfully frugal part of me knows I just might drive this car as long as I can and take care of it, just like Alan, Harvey and the gang took such good care of me. :) More

This dealership is a ripoff and the trailer they work out of is filthy and smelly. We originally made a purchase with them and he sent a thank you letter scribbled out on a blank piece of printer paper. Very unprofessional. He was also very wrong about some financing issues and would never in one million years admit it. We were in the rare and lucky position of backing out of the deal and we COULD NOT WAIT TO DO SO!!! These people dropped the ball with us with their nasty attitudes and demeanor. Not only would I never recommend this dealership to anyone, but I would not buy from them if they were the last dealership on the planet. Further, if I had the time in my day, I would boycott this dealership. They are horrible. Do not give these people one dime!! I will be pursuing other avenues for reviews, so I can warn as many people as possible to avoid this place. Luckily, we found a much better dealership to work with and we have a better car with a lot more features and $300 more than what we were going to pay for an Accent. More

From start to finish everyone I dealt with really seemed like they appreciated my business. Jason M was very outgoing and not persuasive at all. The staff is professional. They treat each customer in a respectful and courtous manner. There is no pressure. They work with you to come to meet your price range.
