I ultimately bought an SUV there, and here are some of the reasons why: I found the whole staff to be professional, but the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. The pricing there was slightly lower than other Hyundai dealerships. My salesman Jason was sharp, honest, understanding, patient, and pleasant. I will recommend any friends interested in buying a car to speak with him. I did not feel unduly pressured. The negotiation process was simpler, more straightforward, and short. I feel, and many others have remarked, that I received a very good deal. The Internet communication with Alan was one of the reasons I went to Hyundai Henderson. My rating is based on results achieved. I had specific goals I wanted to accomplish when getting a new vehicle. 1. Get away from leasing. 2. Reduce monthly payments. 3. Find a dealer that would accept the amount of down payment I had available. 5. Find a dealer that could structure a contract that fit all of the above. Thanks to the people named I was able to achieve these goals in full. Alan Moceo, the Internet Director, actually listened when I stated these goals - a rarity when it comes to any dealership! Daniel and Carey were very helpful - Daniel in joining me while test driving two models and Carey went so far as to follow me home to pick up my check for the down payment as I hadn't taken my checkbook with me. I didn't really expect to actually purchase a car that day! The reason for the proliferation of 4's in my rating is the usual one for anyone buying a car from a dealer - the number of people we have to get involved with (why four?)and the length of time it takes from arrival to the end of a transaction. I was at the dealership for 6 hours! But that is quibbling I guess. The important thing is I am very happy that I got the car of my choice - the Elantra GLS - and I was able to accomplish all goals and still stay within my budget. Hooray! More
