I got the car I wanted and needed. I traded in my old Hyundai Elantra looking for a new, more reliable Hyundai. Anas showed me a few different models. After finding the one I wanted, but realizing there was none here in Las Vegas, he drove to Arizona to get a similar one. The negotiating process is never my favorite, but overall Anas went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted, and Gabriel worked with me to get a price I felt comfortable with and could afford. There was some confusion about the features between the one I test drove and the one I received, which was disappointing, but having to have the red car, the dealship (Anas and Gabriel) helped make the situation right. I would have loved to have walk away with a red sport + instead of the sport, but non were available. While this isn’t a fault of Anas or Gabriel, this would have really pushed my experience over the edge. However, I am overall still extremely happy with my purchase and I love my new red car. More
