I called him ahead of time to let him know I was coming back and he was there waiting. Told him what I wanted and was looking for and Bruce made it happen. Bruce is upfront, honest and reliable. Great experience with Bruce until the moment I drove off the lot. The finance guy Ali was super nice until the moment I told him I wasn't interested in purchasing anything extra by way of coverage or protection, I just had a budget and I couldn't go over it. His demeanor completely changed as soon as that happen, I know its his job to up sell but its my job to be able to afford my payment. Otherwise it was wonderful experience with Bruce, I would definitely go back to him again and send anyone his way. More
