This wasn't my experience with Leslie or Jamal at Henderson Hyundai. Leslie contacted me earlier in the day when I decided on the vehicle. She was great on the phone answering as many questions as she could before I decided to head over. Working with Jamal about 7pm that night, we were able to get everything agreed to (less than asking price) and out the door not much longer after closing at 9pm. They were able to get me a better rate than my credit union. The van is great, I'm happy, they made the sale. Business well done. I came back the next day to pick up my vehicle left there when we took the van home. I was told that a part needed to be installed that was on order (they didn't know van would sell night before). I brought the van back and their service department was great in installing the part, plus replacing all of the brakes which was not something I'd asked for but when they received the van, something they'd planned to do. Also I was told I'd get free car washes for life of the vehicle, which was awesome. More
