Fortunately, I didn't experience any of the typical high pressure, slimy sales tactics encountered throughout the country in general, and in Las Vegas in particular, at Henderson Hyundai Superstore. My salesman, Alex, was nice, cordial and helpful. All the finance people were knowledgeable and supportive. When the initial financing we thought was going to happen didn't work out, rather than extending my terms or increasing my monthly payment, HHS lowered the price of the car to make the deal! This is the second car I've purchased from HHS, and my experience was excellent in 2010, too! Ben Stepman would be proud of the service and deals being made in Henderson (of course). More
