After wasting 3 days driving around to other dealerships with the "you're approved" gimmick just to get you on the lot (Chapman Sahara being the worst) I was about to give up then I was referred to Chris Stanley at Henderson Hyundai and told him to please be straight forward and tell me like it is. I knew I was a challenged customer with credit issues so honesty would be appreciated. After submitting my credit application, Chris called me back saying he got me approved, what the down payment, interest rate and payments would be..and now I have a 2018 car!!! Thank you Chris and everyone at Henderson Hyundai for all your help...Im enjoying my new ride!! More

New Car Purchase I had purchased a new Elantra a few years ago from Henderson Hyundai and was given a fair deal at that time. Given that my wife really wanted a Tucson I had purchased a new Elantra a few years ago from Henderson Hyundai and was given a fair deal at that time. Given that my wife really wanted a Tucson but it wasn't in our budget, we decided to return to Henderson Hyundai after receiving an ad in the mail. After looking at several models online, the online manager, Dave Neyman called me. When we spoke, I was very candid with him in that my wife and I were very happy with the Elantra however, we were considering a trade in to a new vehicle. I stated to Dave that because my wife and I didn't HAVE to buy a new car, that I would give him 2 hours; that I wasn't planning to "waste my day" at a car dealership. He stated he could appreciate that and after discussing what we were interested in, we set an appointment for 9am on Black Friday. My wife and I arrived early, approx. 8:15am to browse through the lot. Dave was more than prompt, meeting us outside in the lot at 8:30am. We talked for a short while and then set up some test drives because I wanted my wife to also try the Santa Fe. After the test drives, we determined that the Tucson would be a better fit for my wife. We sat down while Dave "ran some numbers and information" after getting our background information. When he returned, he had the "preliminary pricing" which contained a down payment. This was now an hour and a half into our experience. When I stated I would not be putting anything out of pocket, he returned to their financers and returned with a gentleman named John. John was very cordial and polite explaining various other options we could get. Ultimately, after some additional negotiations, we settled and received the price we wanted and was still able to save a substantial amount of money. We were able to close a deal in a little over 2 hours. No back and forth bringing in "other managers." I would highly recommend Henderson Hyundai to everyone! I wanted to also personally recognize the service, thought, and consideration of Dave Neyman. He was personable, professional, and genuinely interested in what my wife and I would like with no hassle or pressure. He is someone that my wife and I felt very comfortable working with and should I purchase another Hyundai in the future, I will be returning to Henderson Hyundai and will be looking forward to working with Dave again.
