The Car Buying Experience Henderson Hyundai and Erik Ramos were awesome! My experience began with a gal named Leslie. I kept putting her off. She was not at all pushy. It took Henderson Hyundai and Erik Ramos were awesome! My experience began with a gal named Leslie. I kept putting her off. She was not at all pushy. It took me nearly a month to get over to the dealership from when Leslie and I first connected. I walked into the dealership. I was pleasantly pleased that there weren't a ton of sales people waiting at the door to pounce on you. I told a young man why I was there. He introduced me to Leslie and she in turn introduced me to the young man, Erik. I told him what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I arrived around 6:30 p.m. and from the time I walked in, took a test drive, went through financing, I was done and gone by 9:30. It would've been sooner, but I had a lot of "stuff" in my old car! Henderson Hyundai and Erik were kind and courteous. They treated me as if I were the only person in the dealership. Erik was patient with me even though I made him look at every color of Tucson out there. I had my heart set on white, but they didn't have one, I'm glad they didn't because I love the metallic grey that I purchased. I was thankful that he was patient! I feel really bad. I don't remember the man's name that did the financing. He was a hoot! We laughed and laughed through the whole signing of a million papers. He made the worst part buying a car really fun! Henderson Hyundai and Erik Ramos made the car buying experience fabulous for me. Thank you. More

Hyundai seriously needs to improve customer service The service was by far the worst I've seen amongst all dealers I've shopped at. The salesmen lacked proper knowledge to sell. They seemed uninterested The service was by far the worst I've seen amongst all dealers I've shopped at. The salesmen lacked proper knowledge to sell. They seemed uninterested in providing assistance in and over the phone. All they care for is making a sale, not a customer/client. Even when calling on the phone for a few questions I was transferred to multiple people and either hung up on or put to a voicemail that wouldn't return a call. I only purchased my car simply because I did all the research myself on it and made comparisons to what was on the market. It would have been great had I had someone that was friendly enough to care for working with me. In addition to this, I am in the market for multiple vehicles and my experience here has really made its mark in shopping with Hyundai. A simple follow up could have eased me on my experience, but even that was not provided. Im speaking with a background working in service and sales, hopefully Hyundai will rethink their customer service and really go the extra mile next time. More

A Bust Sales Day Did research on-line and found the perfect car for my wife. Drove from Pahrump to Henderson on Memorial Day Weekend Sales Event. Eddie, my salesperson, took me for a test drive and I loved the car. Paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. Financing was painless! Someone was ringing the gong for another car sold it seems like every 5 minutes. Burgers, dogs and drinks helped make the day very festive. To top it all off, my wife LOVES the car! More
