This dealership does not live up to the Hendricks promise. I purchased a vehicle almost two months ago from them. A couple of weeks in I told them I was very unhappy about the process and wanted to r promise. I purchased a vehicle almost two months ago from them. A couple of weeks in I told them I was very unhappy about the process and wanted to return the vehicle. Keep in mind, we purchased 3 vehciles from Hendricks this year. They informed me the vehicle had to be titled first. Since they use a 3rd party (Beacon) to process their titles, I figured I could catch it eariler enough in the process to save money. It was a hard "no" for that. So I titled the truck and asked them what options I had. We looked for other vehicles in their network. I asked about a couple of them and the person said that they may be able to take a couple of hundred off since it was not their primarly lot. So we talked about a buy-back. They essentially offered me $2,727 less than what I purchased the vehicle for with added fees and taxes.I have driven the vehicle less than 3468 miles. Bottom line: they do NOT honor what they say they are going to do. They may seem nice on the surface but they don't stand behind their word. It is the last time I purchse a vehicle from Hendricks. I have been with Kristin Lents. She seems nice but she hasn't been able to help. More
