I got almost everything done ahead of time because my schedule is very difficult so when I arrived I was there for a short time and everything was so quick and painless!! He took his time and he got me the EXACT car I wanted and made sure I really got a great deal. (He even had to locate the car with my desired color combo from another dealer and still honored the deal we agreed upon) Also, Laurie from finance who did all the credit and lease paperwork with me was also top notch!
