If only I could give zero star I would. Terrible experience. Sometimes I ask myself” how stupid do some people think I am? I bought my car from these people, and 90% of the time I have taken it for service to them. Lately, this is like the 3rd time they have lied to me. Some Acura workers have Zero integrity!!!! I just spent a lot of money to repair my car and they lied to me that they did everything, meanwhile they didn’t. I hate lies with all my heart and soul! If I’m giving my money to you, you ought to TREAT ME RIGHT AND DO THE RIGHT THING. I will never recommend anybody to either buy a car or take your car for service to this particular Acura dealership. We came in to look at Acura because we needed a new car and we were shopping around. We came to Hendrick Acura because our daughter has a Honda Civic and we all really like that car. We wanted to see what the upgraded version of Honda was like. Our salesman was Dumitru Moisei. He was very knowledgeable and informative. We test drove the 2017 Acura MDX .We liked the feel of the car and all the technology that is in it. We decided to buy it. When the car came in Dumitru spent several hours with us to make sure we knew how to operate all the features of the car and answer all of our questions. In the last week since we picked the car up, Dumitru has called us several times to see if we have any questions or are having any difficulties figuring out all the technical aspects of the car. So far - so good. We are really enjoying the car. More
