Very poor customer service My service Advisor Danny as well as the Service Manger never informed me along the way of cost of service. I was told 3 parts were needed for my car that costed me $800 but never corrected the check engine light going off. After spending over $1500 in parts and labor the proably wS simply a burnt wirer. I am so disgusted with Acura.i dont ever want them touching my car ever again not this location any. More

poor buying expeience We thought buying a used car through hendrick we would get a great car. We selected a vehicle transfered from Hendrick acura. Every panel was scratched or had paint repairs the hood had a quarter sized dent full of rust.. The interior had cigarette burns and the right rear tire was bad. Instead of trying to find another car they just downplayed the damage on the car. Fourtunatly we got our deposit back. No one at hendrick seemed to care whether they made a sale or not. More
