I had my new BMW serviced at Hendrick BMW Independence. Each time I had to wait, wait and wait more. I tried simply dropping the car off and getting a loaner and then picking the car up when done. It made no difference as I would still have to wait at least 30 minutes to drop off the car or pick it up. It seems they don't start or do anything until you are physically on the property before they start and even then I had to complain. When I did it was like it was my problem, not theirs. Trying to speak with the General Manager was impossible as he was never there and NEVER returned a requested call back to discuss. Seems the general manager only works their part time. More

I had to bring my M4 in for service over the weekend and had the pleasure of working with Ben Trask for the first time. From the moment we met, Ben had a way of making my wife and me feel as though we were had the pleasure of working with Ben Trask for the first time. From the moment we met, Ben had a way of making my wife and me feel as though we were old friends who had known each other for years. It was clear that he was having an extremely busy and stressful day, and I certainly didn’t want to add to that by being an impatient or demanding customer. Despite how busy he was, Ben took excellent care of my vehicle and went out of his way to accommodate both my wife and me throughout the process. His professionalism, personality, and genuine approach to customer service really stood out. I truly appreciated the way he treated us and the care he showed toward my M4.
