After much confusion, I finally called Hendrick BMW on Independence and was connected with Conor. Y’all, if Hendrick doesn’t give Conor an excellent bonus after all these fab reviews, that’d be a real disappointment. I told him what I was looking for, he helped me understand what happened with the car I’d been chasing, and then told me about a nicely optioned X5 — which I ended up driving across town to see. I’ve been car shopping for months, trying to get a fair deal on my trade after a frustrating experience with another dealership down the road. After talking to too many slimy sales guys, it was such a relief to find someone who was professional, kind, honest, and genuinely helpful. Conor was respectful throughout the negotiation process, met me in the middle, and made sure everything after signing was smooth and stress-free. He’s been attentive, responsive, and always followed through on what he said he would. I really can’t recommend him enough. Now, onto Hendrick BMW on Independence. I’ve only interacted with them for about a week, but I’m already blown away by their level of service and attention to detail. For context — I had an awful experience with another brand on Independence that made servicing my car feel as dreadful as going to the DMV. Between constant recalls, battery issues, and being denied a proper loaner (and when I did get one, it was smoked up and the absolute cheapest car they could find), it was miserable. Eventually, they stopped offering loaners altogether and made me pay for rentals. So every service visit meant losing hours of my workday just sitting and waiting. Back to Hendrick… y’all, all I had done was some detailing on my new CPO purchase, and they still accommodated my schedule, gave me a freakin’ AMG loaner, and returned my car in immaculate condition — despite it being pre-owned. I’ve owned cars serviced at high-end luxury dealerships, and Hendrick BMW blew those guys out of the water. At this rate, they'll quickly earn a loyal customer, especially if future service appointments go as smoothly as this past week. TL;DR: Get your car at Hendrick BMW and ask for Conor.
