Probably the best car purchase experience ever. Flew down to Charlotte in the morning, Ian Fiore, my salesman, picked me up. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, Loved the car. Sat down with Michael Carpentier, the finance manager. He was friendly, polite and very professional. It was a no-nonsense process. He was honest when discussing the extended plans, telling me that the maintenance option was a waste of money as BMW offers 3 years for free. I told him that I already had a deal for a warranty in place, but would consider purchasing from them if their bottom dollar price was good. Turns out he beat my great deal by a few hundred dollars. My whole process probably took 1 1/2 hours, mostly because I got to the dealership 30 minutes before they opened. No question I would not hesitate to return to Hendrick the next time I'm looking for a BMW. More
