Mariana is who I usually work with for an advisor. She is pretty consistent with the service she provides. My vehicle is always prepped for pickup and available the same day it is released to the serv She is pretty consistent with the service she provides. My vehicle is always prepped for pickup and available the same day it is released to the service center. Charles in the financial/loan department goes above and beyond. He stepped in when my advisor was out for the day. He went above and beyond to provide support during my most recent service appointment. The last service appointment was a bit disappointing in terms of the condition my vehicle was returned to me in April 2026. I have light tan seats and I see where teammates left black marks on the driver and passenger seats as well as the driver-side door. I suspect no seat covers were used to preserve the interior of the vehicle during the service at all times. My interior did not look like this before it was released for service unless it happened when the tow provider took the vehicle to the dealership. More
