If you want to have a good car buying experience, try Hendrick BMW, and if you want to have a great car buying experience, ask for Robert Mann.   We visited a few other car dealerships and had different Hendrick BMW, and if you want to have a great car buying experience, ask for Robert Mann.   We visited a few other car dealerships and had different experiences.  BMW was not at the top of our list at first, but we are glad we stopped by.  From the moment we walked in and requested assistance with a request for information and a test drive, we were greeted with kind attention.  While I'm sure everyone is great, we consider ourselves lucky to have worked with Robert Mann.  He was very kind, attentive and informative during the test drive.  We loved the car, yet we had to take our time to think about it, and Robert was very patient and helpful.  Given the limited car availability, Robert helped us find and order the car that matched our specifications.  The whole process was very swift and seamless from start to end.  From the first day, to the day when we went to pick up and pay for the car, Robert Mann was very clear, supportive, efficient, transparent, and straight-forward.
