I’m pleased to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding support received from team Hendrix BMW Charlotte. I fell in love with the X5 after test driving one at a local dealer in Norfolk, VA. But outstanding support received from team Hendrix BMW Charlotte. I fell in love with the X5 after test driving one at a local dealer in Norfolk, VA. But we did not receive much attention after we expressed our interest in purchasing one to my specifications. In this crazy year of COVID-19, dealers have limited choices in stock and production of 2021 vehicles are backlogged. Luckily for us our local Hendrix Chevrolet Norfolk dealer steered us to Cam Warren at Hendrix BMW Charlotte. Cam is the absolute best! He assisted me with all the details putting together my X5 specifications. Cam was thoughtful, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and honest. Within 30 days my custom BMW X5 was delivered to our Virginia Beach residence driveway by Hendrix BMW Charlotte team member Shawn Kollmer. Mike Weldon had the finance and order package ready to go. After a five hour drive Shawn took three hours of his time helping me understand and set up all the comfort and convenience features and the sophisticated electronics associated with this truly beautiful vehicle. Team Hendrix BMW Charlotte could not have selected a better person to deliver the vehicle. Shawn is an absolute wizard! His knowledge and patience was greatly appreciated. Also, thank you Ryan Armstrong for your part in assisting Cam. I’m so happy we discovered Team Hendrix BMW Charlotte! They could teach a course on customer appreciation. Thank you so much! After having a horrible experience at Hendrick BMW in Southpoint (Durham, NC), I honestly thought I wasn't going Ask for Ryan Armstrong - trust me! After having a horrible experience at Hendrick BMW in Southpoint (Durham, NC), I honestly thought I wasn't going to get the SUV that I wanted (sales person over there was rude, slow, unprepared and tried to sneak in unfavorable terms with no transparency). I ended up getting in touch with Hendrick BMW in Charlotte - that was a COMPLETELY different experience. Do yourself a favor and Ask for Ryan Armstrong. He provided the buying experience I originally sought out to get. I spoke numbers with him over the phone prior to taking the 2hr drive over to Charlotte - he was quick and to the point, fun to talk to and knew his stuff. I even sent over pics of my trade-in. When I got there, my SUV was ready to go for a test drive and all the paperwork was prepared. I can't stress this enough - ask for Ryan. I'm going to be driving again from Raleigh to Charlotte for my next BMW. More
