The repairs were completed the next day and the wagon was ready for pickup. The complimentary video review of the whole vehicle condition including of the repairs was most impressive! This was my first service experience with my new X3 from this dealer and even with an appointment, I waited over 20 minutes for service tech to greet me and provide my loaner car and when I returned over 4 this dealer and even with an appointment, I waited over 20 minutes for service tech to greet me and provide my loaner car and when I returned over 4 hours later, I had to wait again since my car was not washed as asked at drop off. Because it was rushed, the car cleaning was less than satisfactory and I spent way more time than planned at the dealership with a pre-scheduled appointment around my work schedule. This was not an encouraging experience for the luxury car and service I had expected here. More
