I’ve been bringing my car to BMW for service with David as my Service Manager, and he consistently goes above and beyond. He takes the time to thoroughly review the work that needs to be done, explains eve as my Service Manager, and he consistently goes above and beyond. He takes the time to thoroughly review the work that needs to be done, explains everything clearly, and ensures I’m comfortable with the process. What I really appreciate is how he makes things easier when my car needs to stay overnight by arranging transportation without hassle. Even though I live much closer to the Northlake dealership, I gladly drive 45 minutes to work with David because the level of customer service he provides is truly top-notch.
