I’ve had several service experiences at Hendrick BMW and the reason I continue to return is because of the level of care I receive from the service team, especially Ben Trask. Although the warranty company ultimately declined coverage, Ben still took the time to contact them and advocate on my behalf and helped reduce some of the costs where he could. That effort meant a lot. The dealership also provided me with a loaner vehicle for the entire week, which allowed me to continue my normal routine while my car was being repaired. In addition to this visit, the team previously helped me during a recall situation where my vehicle needed to remain at the dealership for an extended period. They made sure I had transportation and kept me updated throughout the process. Experiences like that are why Hendrick BMW stands out. The professionalism, communication, and customer care are exactly what you hope for when servicing a BMW. More
