John-Paul kept me informed throughout the process, provided clear and concise explanations for the items I asked them to look into, and offered some money saving advice to top it all off. I called on a short notice and quick hour later I was out! I was very pleased with the way I was treated for the service appointment of my car. But, another service member quickly greeted me and in one quick hour, my car was serviced and washed and I was out the door. Very gracious and kind staff! More

Fast service to change oil and check major systems took 1 hour and 49 minutes - unacceptable waist of my time and inefficiency of dealership, unless somebody complete service and forget about my car 2. Even worse - driving after the service, noticed that air pressure alert is coming on and off. Checked the pressure at Firestone - 31 front left and 33 front right, 33 rear left and 34 rear right. Expected that BMW technicians are competent enough to set up air pressure right and not to waist my time again More

Complete incompetence I bought a used X5 (CPO certified) less than a year ago. The AC cannot cool the vehicle. Took it in and they said the freon was low but no leak. Ch I bought a used X5 (CPO certified) less than a year ago. The AC cannot cool the vehicle. Took it in and they said the freon was low but no leak. Charged me $250 to fill it. Was told that is not under warranty, yet if there is no leak, it was low when they sold it to me as certified... Drove it for a week, still not cooling vehicle. Took it back. They said freon is ok and it's blowing 41 degrees, which is within spec. I told them the air volume is low compared to every other BMW I've had which also includes the loaner they gave me. They say no, it's fine. Picked it up, drove it home (30 minutes) with AC on MAX. Vehicle still not cool. Got out my instant read thermometer, air out front vents is 58, 50, 49, 58 left to right. Where do they get 41? The service rep, Luca, is very argumentative and doesn't listen. They seem to have gone with a lot of young service reps now and the quality of the visit is definitely suffering, miss the days when David Owen was there. More
