Overall great experience. From scheduling service, reminders, arrival met with courtesy and professionalism, open and honest communication throughout vehicle’s stay. Convenient pay link, and seamless pickup /drop off of loaner. Two minor gripes. 1. Manage expectations. The reminder email said to have license and insurance ready to avoid delays getting the loaner. I was ready on arrival, and expected to wait < 15 minutes. (Plus the time needed to talk to advisor) I waited over 40. Then spent a reasonable 10-15 talking with advisor. 2. Have the techs watch back their videos prior to sending to customers. About 1/3 way through, he became muffled to the point it was inaudible. Hope the last 2/3 wasn’t important… More
