Service Manager is great, experience was not My Service manager Jesse was very nice and helpful. However, the experience at this location is not very good. I reserved a loaner car and upon arriva My Service manager Jesse was very nice and helpful. However, the experience at this location is not very good. I reserved a loaner car and upon arrival it was not ready and I had to wait for it. The car was kept over the weekend for a standard service and when Monday rolled around I had to work to get information about its' readiness. Finally, I told was it would be ready after 430 that afternoon and upon arrival I again had to wait for my car. It does not seem like there's a lot of organization or overall preparation at this location. I am hopeful that the introduction of another location will help and improve the experience. More
