**I gave this dealership plenty of opportunities to make this right. ** They will sell you vehicles with major issues! We purchased a used 2017 vehicle from this dealer. Not but two weeks after we purchased it, the steering locked up on it while my kids and wife were in the car. They towed it and said the fixed the problem. Okay great!! Well not so great we had its first oil change since being the owners and the vehicle had a large amount of gas in the oil. We found out this was due to the “high pressure fuel pump” we also paid almost $2800 on a warranty for the vehicle called: Hendericks Auto Guard, to just be told they will not cover it. This is a $1,200 repair. So we had a lot of back and forth with the dealership, speaking to different people every time just to be told sorry about our lucks and there is nothing they will do. Keep in mind if i just continue to drive it the engine will obviously have some pretty major issues. So we have a $25,000 vehicle that is not drivable. I even begged the dealer to work with us to allow us to get into a different vehicle. We were told we can trade it in, but told us we would be lucky to get $15,000 out of the vehicle. Making us $10,000 upside down. Ive made it to the point of giving up on the dealership and suggest that you look around elsewhere for a vehicle to purchase. More

We were notified that our Jeep was in transit somewhere. Our sales rep was traveling when we visited the dealer to get an update so AJ graciously volunteered to assist. After taking the Jeep home we realized that one of the features we were expecting was not part of the vehicle. Kevin sat down with us and explained the available options. They were willing to take the vehicle back with the additional mileage, return our trade-in, and order a new Jeep with the correct features. This was totally unexpected and we appreciated their willingness to make things right. More
