I really couldn’t believe the experience, ended up going with a competitor in town. I have only owned jeep/dodge products, with family working at their factories. I test drove a vehicle and was not interested, partly due to time and partly because I felt uncomfortable. I requested my trade in keys so I could leave. They said ok and returned several minutes later with a paper to sign and the car I just test drove (which I did not like) would be mine. I declined and asked for my keys. The seller returned with who I imagine was a supervisor to answer my questions. I once again said I wasn’t interested and wanted my personal keys. They agreed and returned with yet another individual to talk to me. After declining this final time I was given my keys and like I said went right across college to a competitor, ended up buying from them. More
