We have been dealing with the service center for quite some time. We absolutely can't ignore the extreme lack of respect and rudeness from the service manager, Greg. Everyone else is polite and seems to some time. We absolutely can't ignore the extreme lack of respect and rudeness from the service manager, Greg. Everyone else is polite and seems to actually care about the work that is done, but I have never experienced such shocking customer service as this. I have even been on the phone with him explaining a problem and I have heard him mumble to his employees in the background while still on the phone with me! I can not believe he is a manager. I think Neuwirth needs to wake up because we will never be back as returning customers as long as he is there. Unacceptable. More
