On Feb 7 I found a 2023 Charger Scat Pack Sublime Metallic with Satin Black Hood, Roof, Trunk Lid and spoiler with only 155 miles on it on their website. I knew I wanted the vehicle and started a co Metallic with Satin Black Hood, Roof, Trunk Lid and spoiler with only 155 miles on it on their website. I ask if there was anything wrong with the vehicle because of the low miles and was told no a dealership bought it and then sold it at auction. Cedric called me to go over a few things and we finally came to a deal. I ask why they would not move off the listed price and was told why does everybody think the dealership can just take money off the price. And they can but don't care about the customer service just their bottom line. I almost hung up the phone at that time and said the xxxx with it but I wanted the car so told him I would be there early afternoon of the 10th. We got there and the car was out front so we went straight to it and started looking it over. First thing we noticed on the front splitter there were two places where someone had hit something and busted it open. I took it for a test drive and everything was good so we headed in to do the paperwork. Cedric said he would get the Keys and get it detailed and filled up with gas. Got finished with the paperwork and started getting our stuff out of our Charger we traded. Got everything moved and went to put my plate in the glove box and there was nothing in it. Cedric then told me there was only one set of keys for the car. I ask if the dealership would get me another key and program and he said I could get it cheaper than they could. Take in mind this is a vehicle with only 155 miles on it and was no manual or other papers that are usually in the glovebox and only one key and didn't want to get another key for the vehicle. I had enough at that time and had was not going to get anything from them and I had a 3 1/2 hour drive back home. I have now had the car a month and figured it was time to do a review. I love the car but there should have noted a few things like the places in the splitter and no manual and only one key that will cost me $300 plus to get an aftermarket one made. More
