Scheduled an appointment this week due radio issues. I informed the service person that the truck was my primary means of transportation and I couldn’t leave it. She scheduled the appointment for 8/22/2 I informed the service person that the truck was my primary means of transportation and I couldn’t leave it. She scheduled the appointment for 8/22/2025 at 800 am and said no problem. I arrived at 730 am and was told by the service person that diagnostic services was one to two days out and I would have to leave it. I stated that I had just driven over 50 miles for this. The service person told me that today was just a consultation. I said just give me the keys back. That’s pretty poor service considering I purchased the truck brand new from them. The truck is still under warranty and I also purchased the extended warranty coverage. I don’t believe I’ll be back! More
