Bad Customer Service They tried to overcharge me. They said my vehicle took 6 quarts when manual said 5 Quarts. Their service tech argued with me about the oil capacity. I had to call the corporate customer service, give them my vin number and they verified the dealer was wrong in trying to charge me for an extra quart on the oil change. It was only a extra $10 charge, but if they will do this what else would they do. More

Jury is still out. The oil pressure gauge wasn’t and isn’t working. And this morning I had to call the dealer about the 4c4 manual shift linkage is completely missing from under the truck. Now I can’t isn’t working. And this morning I had to call the dealer about the 4c4 manual shift linkage is completely missing from under the truck. Now I can’t ry out the 4 wheel drive function. They are supposedly working to get me set up to have it looked at. I would have never imagined that I would have needed to test the 4x4 functionality with all the fluid work you guys do up front and the brakes being new as well. Not a happy camper. Been wanting a truck like this for some time and thought I was set for life with her. Now who knows. Feel like a big sucker fish for sure. More

Everything about this place is unprofessional. They will rip you off at every opportunity. I was charged $500 for a smart control that did not fix my car and then quoted close to $7000 for a new transmissi rip you off at every opportunity. On top of that The towing company that Dodge roadside assistance called charged me $119 to tow my car 3 miles. I called a transmission specialist who told me when the smart control message appears it means your transmission has gone bad and Dodge should have known it needed to be replaced. They never should have charged me the initial $500. The transmission specialist are charging me $2300 to put a new transmission in my car. I had also come into the shop last year 2019 with transmission issues. They have no record because the guy sent me home saying to replace my battery at autozone because it was under warranty. No one ever checked on any of the problems I had reported and led me to believe that the issue was only with the battery. Apparently that means no service ticket exists and they don’t keep records of appointments that were made. Now I am out thousands because of Dodges incompetence in the service department. This is not the only issue I have had at this shop. They scheduled me twice for recalls where the part did not even exist to fix the recall yet. The first time (2017) they kept my car for hours with no info until I called to find out nothing could be done and I actually needed to come pick it up. More
