False Representation - educate yourself. What went well: 1. I think Garrett meant well, but he is inexperienced. 2. Chandler was very efficient. What did not go well: 1. The car was not what I was expecting and did not have the features I had specifically asked for. 2. The online information about the car vanished as soon as it was "bought" from the other dealership so I had not access to it to double check and look at the features on the car. There were things on the car I did not know about - like a roof rack - that I had to take off because it was so loud. 3. When the car came in from delivery, I asked Garrett if there were any issues with the car. He said "none whatsoever". Wrong, two gashes on the front and the features I had specifically asked for were missing. 4. Both of my key fobs died within the first two days. Salespeople need to double check that, especially on a car with keyless entry! 5. Within two hours of owning the car I was disappointed. Within four hours of owning the car I knew I wanted to exchange it. Garrett and the sales managers said they would work with me. They didn't . I believed I should have a direct trade and they were going to charge me about $3500 for having the car for just a few days after giving me the impression that I would only have to pay the difference between the two cars and the taxes.. This is a used car, not new and the value of the car did not drop off that much in two days. What can be improved: 1. If a car is brought in from another dealership, salespeople should check the car for features customers specifically want. Check for blemishes that may not be shown on pictures. 2. Change out the batteries of key fobs of used cars. They may work now, but your customers get frustrated if they start to die - particularly if they die within the first two days!! 3. If your customer is unhappy about their car, work with them or they write bad reviews.... happy customers write good reviews. In general, I thought they should have worked with me and they did not. Up to the original sale, they were great. But if you are unhappy, then they will not work with you. More
