2019 ram 1500 My 2019 Ram 1500 has been at Hendrick Chrysler for 3 weeks now for a transmission issue. The truck has 3000 miles on it . I have been told that they o My 2019 Ram 1500 has been at Hendrick Chrysler for 3 weeks now for a transmission issue. The truck has 3000 miles on it . I have been told that they only have one transmission tech that works at a dealer. He’s on vacation this weeks so who knows when I will get my truck back. I have had my truck for over 2 months I have actually got to drive it about 2 1/2 weeks. I have not got one a phone call from them letting me know what is going on with my truck. The only reason I know anything is when I got a call to turn in they’re loaner truck I ask about it and they told me they haven’t looked at my truck. This is a piss poor service department!!!! Buyer beware!!! More
