New car, but out of the gate issues need to be serviced. I have been holding off on this, because I wanted to be patient, fair to this dealership. They need to act as one. I'm afraid I'm going to have to join the chorus of the 95 other negative reviews on Facebook (this makes 96). Not long ago, I purchased a NEW 2017 Dodge Journey SXT for $30,000-ish into financing. I've not passed the 3000 mile mark, and haven't even made the first payment on my financing (not due yet, but on autopay!). Before the test drive, there was a tire at 12PSI, which I sent back before touching it for test drive. I had to return a total of 7 times before they would replace that tire, and they even tried to patch the leak in the tire near the side wall. That's a no-no. At one point, a service advisor got real defensive on the phone, tried to claim that I ran over a nail afterwards. Mike Laster was the sales person. The audio system had a speaker crackle, and I've been waiting on a time that I could get the speakers replaced, and a loaner to drive. David was very nice that day. However, that loaner/service appointment thing seems to be a chore for this dealership. They say there's none available (though I scheduled in advance so there would be, per their advice).... Then I ask for them to schedule the appointment for a time when they can reserve one/ensure I have one. Apparently they can't do that. Along with that, my headlights now flicker (there's a TSB out for a flash upgrade, but they claimed it's already had the latest flash upgrade - was I told the truth?), and while driving the audio system went silent, regardless of trying to turn the audio up. Bluetooth features with phone calls incoming do not work unless you hit the transfer button on-screen a couple times to get it to realize there is audio there... I sent video of one of the issues to the service dept. My only asks: Repair the problems, provide a loaner. If they can't, then we need to talk about replacing the vehicle, because I am so close to asserting Alabama's law on this one. This review can be reversed, if I am treated properly and fairly. I'm not asking for more than what I'm entitled to, or some big huge thing as compensation. I'm asking for what I paid for, and a little more respect than I received the first time around. I have been constantly in contact with them, very understanding. There's a point where enough is enough. More
