We'd had our old Honda Odyssey expertly serviced by Jasmine Young over the past couple of years, and she's always been great at getting us appointment We'd had our old Honda Odyssey expertly serviced by Jasmine Young over the past couple of years, and she's always been great at getting us appointments right away, carefully explaining what our minivan needed, and working to keep the costs within our budget. When it came time to sell the Odyssey, she introduced us to Pernell Engram, who hooked us up with a new CR-V from Hendricks. Then when we decided to have roof rails and racks put on the CR-V so we could install bike racks, Jasmine to the rescue!!! She got us in and out, at a great price for the parts and installation, and we are in her debt. She's the greatest. Will definitely be bringing the CR-V in for her to service. Thanx Jaz!! More

service manager was very rude and avoided doing warranty Service manager RC Smith was more interested in how to avoid warranty work than he was interested in taking care of the customers. The service manager of all people should be the last to damage the reputation of the dealership though his aggressive and confrontational approach. Service department had one week to get parts for all repairs and when we brought the car in the night before the appointment we were told that everything would be taken care of. The following day we were called and that everything was done and to come pick up the car. When arriving at the dealership we found out that they had only fixed what they could get and collect from Honda on recall items. This dealership is more interested in profits xxxxxxx rather than maintaining a good reputation and the value that customers have for them going forward, The main thing that really stood out was the constant reminder from the service manager, R. C. Flint, that we did not purchase the vehicle from their dealership and made the inference that Hendricks Honda only gives good service to people who purchase the vehicle from them and only them. The rest of the Honda network only comes into play when it is apparently convenient. Definitely future sales does not cross their mind when their employees become very aggressive and confrontational with customers More
