Bought a new 2019 CR-V - Excellent Experience, Great Price After moving to Florida from Virginia and having our 2010 Odyssey expertly serviced for over a year by Jasmine Young in the Hendricks Service Dept, we After moving to Florida from Virginia and having our 2010 Odyssey expertly serviced for over a year by Jasmine Young in the Hendricks Service Dept, we finally decided to sell the minivan and buy a new Crossover. Jasmine introduced us to Pernell Engram, who patiently over two days showed us the various CR-V model trims, took us out for test-drives, and answered all our questions. When it finally came time to talk price, we were pleased to find out Hendricks works with the buying program of our insurance company, USAA. Together with Brian Smith, we came to a great price on a CR-V EX-L in the leather trim and color we were looking for, and with 1.9% financing to boot.
