I contacted John Nosal from Hendrick, and we bought the car through them. The difference between dealerships was incredible. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that they placed a value on my time. There was not a single moment where we waited for the next step of the process. It flowed smoothly from inspecting the car, working with Sales and then with the finance group. The dealership is very clean and bright, and the waiting room is very accommodating. After the sale, we needed a part detailed to remove some marks. The scheduling was easy, and I was able to connect to work in the waiting room and work from there. I would definitely recommend using them for a purchase, and will definitely use them for any future Honda purchases. More
