In working with her, I was never made to feel like we were doing business. While I know her part was not easy, it always felt that way because of her professionalism! I would also like to mention Mr. Joe Konopacke. Financing was probably my greatest worry in car buying but he took very good care of me & made the process a very smooth one. Yvonne and John are by far the best new car sales people I have ever worked with. I knew the model vehicle I wanted and had a target price. We even worked out tentative trade value too.<br> Both John and Yvonne were very attentive and helpfull. It may be cliche to say they bent over backward to serve the customer, but in thier cases it is more than true.<br> I would recommend and encourage anyone within at least a 500 mile radius to work with these two people. They are absolutely fantastic.<br> There were no typical high pressure sales. Only very friendly business. They have single handedly made automotive dealers a pleasure to deal with. More
