I gave a 5 for professionalism, cleanliness, curtisy, friendliness and the popcorn. I want to say that splashing my car with water after service only caused my chrome, rear view mirrors and back window t friendliness and the popcorn. I want to say that splashing my car with water after service only caused my chrome, rear view mirrors and back window to spot. A nice gesture, but i had to wash my car because of this. I was told, "it will blow dry" but those areas never blow dry, they spot. Consider drying off the car with a blower or refraining from splashing water on it. I don't think this was thought through by the customer care center. It caused more work for me. Respectfully Anita More
