Michael worked me in despite the numerous customers with service needs. He explained the results of the diagnosis and was genuinely concerned about my safety driving the car. Horrible I was passed off from sales person to sales person. Went in knowing what I wanted (because I looked online first) and was pushed into a car that was n I was passed off from sales person to sales person. Went in knowing what I wanted (because I looked online first) and was pushed into a car that was not my first choice and out of my price range because it was on THEIR lot. They were not very understanding of my situations instead they were border line harassing. I will never go there again and will never refer anyone to go there. More
