All that was done was the tires were sprayed with "tire shine", which was also all over the wheels, and that was considered as washed? I washed the car the day after the purchase and the "tire shine" that was sprayed all over the wheels gunked-up my wheel cleaning brush! A very good sales transaction was somewhat degraded by a lack of attention to the finishing details that were agreed to. The difference between excellence and merely good is found in the details.
