I worked with Mark Buchanan, and from my first phone call inquiring about the vehicle I was interested in, to service after the sale, he has been great. Most patient salesperson I have ever worked with. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Honda. Even if you don't live in Hickory, and have to travel for a few hours to go there, it is worth it. I will never buy a car anywhere else. More

We took his card and said we would reach out to him when it was closer to the time to turn in my leased Odyssey. That was my 5th Odyssey and I was looking to go with the Pilot. My husband and I took another look this past weekend and decided now was the time to test drive a Pilot. We went in on a whim Monday morning early and was hoping to find Mark to discuss our options. Lucky for us Mark was in the showroom getting ready to go upstairs for their daily "pep rally" of sorts and we told him we were ready to deal on a Pilot. I told him the one I wanted, test drove it and then made the deal. It was that easy. Mark has numerous salesman of the month plaques and I can see why. He is an asset to Honda of Hickory and look forward to working with him again in the future! Look him up if you are thinking of buying a Honda, you won't be disappointed! Thanks again Mark! More

I paid two thousand dollars more than I could have bought it 15 minutes away. they never told me the price until I called about to ask about defects in and on the car. I will fight for my rights for as long and as much as it cost. Do not ever buy any car from Hendricks unless you have all the figures. I live over an hour away and was pressured to take their deal. Buy today or lose it. A lesson in fraud is what I learned. do not make the same mistake. never once did the salesman tell me the true price of the car. Never! This not over. More

Sales of a used Odyssey I came into this dealership looking to purchase a used odyssey. My wife and I were searching for some time. I got tired of looking at cars on the lot I came into this dealership looking to purchase a used odyssey. My wife and I were searching for some time. I got tired of looking at cars on the lot so I decided looking for them on the internet and looked on this ,among other dealership's website. we found the van we were looking for and called the office and spoke with a internet sales rep. Mel Tuttle. He was very kind. I told him what I wanted to spend and what I was looking for and told me he would call back in about 10 min. I thought I have heard this before but, sure enough he called back gave me several options and I told him I might come and check it out. so I hopped in the car and headed there. on arrival I asked for Mel and they paged him and he was there in no time. He showed me the vehicles and I left. I had my wife then stop by to see if she liked either of them and she said yes to the one. Mel, was helping someone else at that time but another friendly staff member helped her in looking at the Vans. So anyway the staff was very friendly and even the customers that were there were friendly. So if you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle not saying your experience will be the same all i'm saying is just give Mel a chance and see what he can help you with. he will provide excellent service! I want to say that for some people who have come here and had a bad experience ,is because that's what they were looking for. I came to get a problem fixed ,of course it took awhile for them to find it, and had a bad experience ,is because that's what they were looking for. I came to get a problem fixed ,of course it took awhile for them to find it, and then when I was schedule to come back to get it fixed, something happen and one of the part didn't come in. so these wonderful people said they would come get my car ,fix it ,clean it, replaced the gas I had used and brought it back to me ,better than it left.
