All of our questions were answered and things were explained that we did not even know to ask. I have never experienced customer service any better than that given by both Mark and Vince. Both are extremely friendly, efficient, eager to assist (going extra miles to assist) and both make customers feel at ease (even when you are signing your life away-HA HA!) Please tell Mark and Vince that Alicia & Brittany Bumgarner sends our sincere thanks for the excellent service they provided. KUDOS to Mark & Vince. Note: there was another man that assisted with trade-in but I could not remember his name. He provided excellent service as well. If all of your employees are any where near as nice and efficient as these, your business should greatly prosper. I wish there were more businesses that provided the same quality of service. My husband and I had been shopping for the perfect SUV for a couple of weeks. We had no idea when we stopped at Hendrick Honda we would actually be buying a car that day. From the beginning, Mark Bachstein greeted us and was very helpful in showing us all the bells and whistles of the Honda Pilot. He was very informative and not at all pushy. We felt comfortable and was not pressured at all. The pricing was very fair from the beginning and we didn't have to haggle over price. Don in finance was also very helpful and kind. We were given a tour of the dealership, which is the best I have ever had experience with. Mark has made several follow up calls to check and make sure we have no questions or problems with the vehicle. I highly recommend Hendrick Honda. They have definitely gained my business!! We have always been able to depend on Brian to get us a good deal on vehicles. I traveled from SC to NC and received a 5 star customer service from Dion Blackburn. I showed him what car I was interested in and we went from there. We had title in hand for our 2007 Jeep Wrangler Limited and wanted a convertible. I searched the internet and found Hendrick Honda of Hickory, I wanted someone who was willing to do a title swap with me so and wanted a convertible. I searched the internet and found Hendrick Honda of Hickory, I wanted someone who was willing to do a title swap with me so no money would have to change hands. I found the car I loved and made an appointment at the dealership. I arrived late for my appointment on a Saturday no less and Kay couldn't have been more pleasant about helping me regardless of the time. She and the Finance Manager worked diligently to meet us on numbers without any hassle to us. There was a minor issue with the vehicle I wanted to purchase (battery), so we did all the paperwork and they allowed me to drive the Jeep back home and said they would deliver the car when it was ready. Mind you I live in Galax, VA. almost 2 hours from the dealership. Within 72 hours all problems were resolved and Kay phoned to tell me she was bringing me my car. Upon her arrival I inspected everything and test drove the car, trying to operate the top it became evident that a part of the rear dash that mechanically changes with the operation of the top was broken. No problem stated Kay, I will take it back with me and we will repair it. she did take it back, they did repair it and then she delivered it again! Never once a sigh or complaint on her part and if she caught grief from anyone over it I am still none the wiser. I tell everyone about Hendrick Honda, I loved their customer service!
