God Awful place! I have been a long time customer. Lease two cars and purchased one from this dealership. With my very last car, I bought a warranty. I sold the car early and had a balance for the warranty, two cars and purchased one from this dealership. With my very last car, I bought a warranty. I sold the car early and had a balance for the warranty, meaning I am supposed to get a refund- since I did not have the car for the full five years. I have been trying to get my refund since March. The first finance guy quits and 4 weeks later, I find out that he actually never submitted the paperwork. I talked to the new finance guy, Peter and some other sales associate, they assured me that they would put a rush on the refund. Mind you, I had to fill out the paperwork for a 2nd time. It has been a full 8 weeks since I filled out the paperwork for the 2nd time. And over 13 weeks from the beginning of this process. Needless to say, I have not gotten my refund. I called the dealership, leave messages and haven’t gotten a call bk. This place is a scam. They have no intentions of refunding my money. I will never buy from this dealership ever again, nor will I refer anyone. More
